My health journey routinely involves temperature and water treatments. My body and mind are refreshed through hot and cold water. Simple experiences like cold showers and hot baths, have evolved into day long adventures of healing.
I enjoy a quarterly retreats. It allows me to reflect on my recent past, check in with my goals, and set intentions for the coming months. I began this practice in October of 2020 where I camped on the shores of Lost Lake.
